Ordering:

Q: What countries does Forward Powersports sell to?

A: We currently only accept orders from US and Canadian addresses.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. Once an order has been paid for, we cannot cancel or change it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please check your order for accuracy and verify that the shipping address is correct BEFORE you submit payment. Please see our return policy for details on how to return an item that is ordered incorrectly.  If you have not paid for the order yet and would like to cancel it, please contact us - we will do everything we can to accommodate your request if possible.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Paypal.  All credit card payments must have matching billing and shipping addresses (order must be shipped to the billing address for the card).

Q: Can I pick up my order at your location?

A:  We are not setup for customer pickup, so orders cannot be picked up.

Shipping:

Q: How will my order ship?

A: All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service or Fed Ex. Once your item ships, you will receive an email with a tracking/delivery confirmation number. You can track your order at www.usps.com or www.fedex.com. All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship via the US Postal Service.

Q: Do you offer overnight/express shipping?

A: Currently we do not.

Returns:

Q: How can I return an item?

A: If your item is in its original packaging and condition, it can be returned to us for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must have an RMA number on the package. Please email us at shipping@forwardpowersports.com to obtain an RMA number and return instructions. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Any item not returned in its original packaging or condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  ALL returned pistons are charged at least a 20% restock fee - make sure you order correctly.

A: We carry the latest and greatest aftermarket brands including but not limited to: Raider, Factory Spec, Namura, Camoplast, Tusk Off-Road, SPI, Winderosa, Bottom Line, and more.

Price/Policy:

Q: What if I notice an error or descrepancy on your site?

A: We make every effort to achieve 100% accuracy, but sometimes errors happen.  If you have a question about a price or policy, please contact us for clarification.  We are not responsible for any errors that do appear.
